Because all of our merchandise is custom-made on demand, our shipping process is divided into two parts: Fulfillment/Production and Transit Shipping.
1. Processing & Fulfillment Time
- Every item is uniquely printed and crafted just for you after your order is placed.
- Production and fulfillment typically take 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping costs and estimated delivery transit times depend on your location:
- United States: 3 to 6 business days (Standard Shipping)
- International: 6 to 12 business days (Standard Shipping)
Note: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your custom order is printed and packed by our team, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once received.
4. Duties & Customs (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by paulaostore.shop.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team immediately at info@paulaostore.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can issue a replacement.
